The Dangote Refinery has signed a major $350 million contract with Engineers India Limited (EIL). According to a statement from EIL, the Indian firm will serve as the Project Management Consultant and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management consultant for the refinery’s planned expansion.
The project aims to double the refinery’s production capacity from 650,000 barrels per day to 1.4 million barrels per day, install a new processing train for Euro VI fuels, and significantly increase polypropylene output.
