People’s Redemption Party (PRP) Woos Atiku, Obi, Kwankwaso After ADC Leadership Crisis

The People’s Redemption Party (PRP) has invited opposition leaders Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and Rabiu Kwankwaso to unite under its platform following a leadership crisis in the African Democratic Congress (ADC). INEC recently derecognised two ADC factions, citing a Court of Appeal judgement, and will not engage either group pending a federal high court case. James Adeshina, PRP chairman in Lagos, described the ADC crisis as a threat to opposition cohesion and warned of Nigeria sliding toward a one-party state.
