Abuja Minister N. Wike is my Friend but Fubara Will Become Governor Again In Rivers – Tompolo Voiced Out [VIDEO]

Prominent ex-militant leader, Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has declared that suspended Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara will return to power.

Tompolo made the statement during a celebration marking his birthday on Saturday in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State.

Governor Fubara was suspended in March under controversial circumstances by President Bola Tinubu. In his place, a sole administrator, Ibok-ete Ibas, was appointed to oversee the affairs of Rivers State for an initial six-month period.

Addressing the audience at the event, Tompolo said, “Only one state that we have; all the things we are doing here, all our eyes are on Bayelsa.

“If you think you have a medicine, because you are president, because you are governor, if you try Bayelsa state you will suffer.”

He continued: “One is more than 20, our brother too, the governor of Bayelsa state, even if we quarrel in politics, no way!

“Even in Rivers state, our son (referring to Fubara), he will come back and sit on the throne.”

Fubara’s suspension, along with that of other elected officials, was a result of a political rift between former Rivers Governor Nyesom Wike and Fubara himself.
