Several notorious bandit kingpins operating in Dan Musa Local Government Area of Katsina State have surrendered their weapons and released 16 kidnapped victims as part of an ongoing disarmament initiative....READ ORIGINAL & FULL CONTENT FROM SOURCE |

The surrender and release took place on Saturday under the coordination of Operation Fasin Yamma in collaboration with local stakeholders.

Those who laid down their arms include known bandit leaders such as Kamulu Buzaru, Manore, Nagwaggo, Lalbi, Alhaji Sani, Dogo Baidu, Dogo Nahalle, and Abdulkadir Black.

The group handed over seven women and nine children to the authorities and pledged to release additional captives still in their custody by Sunday.
