Dear Esteemed Compatriots,

We have made a bold and compelling decision to turn the tide against vitriolic diatribe, political malvesation, inflation and the evidently deleterious inadequacies of the Tinubu-led administration. But we must not stand as isolated individuals with conflicting interests as we embark on our resolute pursuit of justice, truth, and true peace, insisting on the irrevocable sanctity of our rights.

Our peaceful remonstration is bound by a shared cause and a collective vision for our dear country. We have endured one of the harshest and toughest moments of economic crisis, yet our spirits remain indefatigable. This is a pertinent pointer to the reality of robust determination to press on amidst any obstacle. We must continue to pursue our shared cause with an intentional resolve to be peaceful even if it refutes our instincts.

It’s indispensable to bear in mind that the protest is to inveigh against the callousness of an administration that has wickedly abdicated its responsibility to heed the anguished supplications of its citizenry, a government that has obstinately repudiated entreaties for equity, a government that has criminalized peaceful protest, and a government that has instigated its inveterate political bootlickers to embark on a counter-protest movement against its citizens.

We must remember that our struggle is not against individuals but against a pernicious system that perpetuates inequality and injustice. Let us project our indignation and frustration into constructive action. Let us march with dignity, speak with conviction, and act with courage. Let us demonstrate to the world that our quest for justice is not anchored on mischievous resolutions to satisfy our personal desires, nor on animosity, but on noble supplications for Nigeria where every citizen can fabulously enjoy the wealth of the nation.

In the spirit of the Bard, let us hold fast to the belief that “The time is out of joint; O cursed spite, That ever I was born to set it right!” Together, we can influence the course of history. Together, we can actualize the change we seek. Together, we will triumph.

May providence favor Nigeria, and may it fortify us in this righteous struggle.
