Confirming the incident the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency said the incident occurred on the two-storey building located at Craig street off Apata Road in the Shomolu area of Lagos State. Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, the permanent secretary of LASEMA said the building collapsed dring the decking phase of the construction process.
