BREAKING NEWS: Former First Lady Patience Jonathan Visits Arogbo for Kingsley Kuku’s Coronation

According BUNADY NEWSLITE Former First Lady of Nigeria, Dame Patience Jonathan paid a courtesy visit to Arogbo community in Ondo State to attend the coronation of Hon. K. Kingsley Kuku today Sunday 24 August 2025.

The event, which drew dignitaries from across the Niger Delta, was marked by traditional rites, cultural displays, and celebration of Arogbo heritage.

Patience Jonathan commended the people of Arogbo for upholding their traditions and urged unity and peace in the community. She described Kingsley Kuku’s elevation as “a testimony of hard work, service, and the blessings of God.”

The coronation attracted politicians, traditional rulers, and prominent Niger Delta leaders, underscoring Kuku’s influence and longstanding role in the region.

Eventually The Chairman of Ese-Odo Local Government Area, High Chief Caleb Ebimobowei Molos and the Former First Lady of Nigeria, Dame Patience Ebele Jonathan, as the former first Lady arrives the Palace of the Paramount Ruler and Agadagba of Arogbo Ibe,  His Imperial Majesty, Pere (Barr.) Doubra Zaccheaous Egbunu,  Opukutu III.

It was really a great show and display of cultural diversity, values and ethics in Arogbo today as citizens, sons and daughters of Arogbo Ijaw speaking tribe welcomed Former First Lady Dame Patience Jonathan. Surfing the internet are various videos where the people showcased their dancing steps in the boats with songs in ijaw language.
