BREAKING NEWS: Sowore Demands for Release of Nnamdi Kanu, Calls Arrest and Prosecution of President Buhari and Malami

Taking to his official X account, Sowore posted a video in which he passionately advocates for Kanu’s release during an interactive session with ARISE TV.

“Let me use this opportunity to demand the release of Nnamdi Kanu. This entire ordeal is unnecessary. If you’re not going to continue with Buhari’s economic policies, then don’t continue with his oppressive tactics. It’s time to apologize to everyone that Buhari targeted in the last 8 years and prosecute those officials he used to commit atrocities against Nigerians, most importantly, his Attorney General, Abubakar Malami, and Buhari himself,” Sowore declared.

The call for Kanu’s release comes in the middle of ongoing legal proceedings against the IPOB leader, who has been detained on charges including treasonable felony and terrorism.

Sowore further call for the arrest and prosecution of former President Buhari and Attorney General Malami has rise debate across the nation.

While some view it as a bold stance against injustice, others question the legality of such actions.
