Due to rising food prices and food scarcity in some states, Nigerians are expressing their frustration with the situation in the country.
Nigerians took to the streets to protest against the hunger and hardship they are experiencing. They organized a ten-day nationwide demonstration from August 1 to August 10, 2024.
The protest aimed to raise awareness of their suffering and demand better governance and solutions to the challenges.
In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), Dino Melaye urged citizens to enjoy today and not worry about tomorrow as tomorrow will take care of itself.
He wrote, “There’s no need to worry. Tomorrow will take care of itself, jare. Enjoy today. Life is for the living.”
In another post, Melaye cautioned followers not to let the fear of judgment stop them from doing great things. He added that success cannot be achieved without the risk of failure.
“My people!! You cannot let a fear of judgment stop you from doing the things that will make you great. You cannot succeed without the risk of failure. You cannot have a voice without the risk of criticism or arrest. You must take these risks to be a great person.”
