‘He his definitely a trillionaire’ – Wild reaction to Dr Adeleke ₦1bn donation to church

The donation was made during the Thanksgiving service held at the church’s headquarters in Lagos on Sunday, August 18.

The video which was shared on the Instagram handle of popular blogger Tunde Ednut has generated a response from celebrity colleagues of Davido. Excerpt of his captions reads: Imagine inviting Davido’s father to your launching of anything and he attends Wahala. I wrote it earlier today that hmmmmmmmm, as Davido papa don go to this church so, the offering he will give in this church will be FAT and here it is. He gave ₦1,000,000,000 out.”

Adeleke presented the donation to the Centenary Endowment Fund on behalf of his late mother, saying, “We donate a sum of N1bn in honour of our late mum.”

During the ceremony, Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, entertained the crowd with his impressive dance moves, which was a highlight of the event.

In attendance were notable figures, including Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, and Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
