Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu approved the extension, which was announced in a circular signed by the state’s Head of Service, Bode Agoro, on Wednesday.
In February, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos, announced that workers on grade levels 01 to 14 should work from home for two days a week, while those on grade levels 15 to 17 should work from home for one day.
Under the policy, workers on grade levels 01 to 14 were permitted to work from home for two days a week, while those on grade levels 15 to 17 could work from home one day a week.
In the circular issued on Wednesday, Sanwo-Olu noted that the policy had positively influenced workers’ productivity across the state’s ministries, departments, and agencies.
The extension of the work-from-home arrangement officially began on September 4.
