Japan qualified after a 1-0 victory over Mali in their Group D match over the weekend.
With six points from two games, Japan leads the group, ahead of Paraguay, which has three points. Mali and Israel have both earned one point each.
Spain also advanced to the quarterfinals, having topped Group C with six points and a game remaining.
Egypt follows with four points, while the Dominican Republic has one point and Uzbekistan has yet to score.
The quarterfinals are set to begin on August 3.
