A Nigerian hair vendor has sparked outrage after she filmed herself cutting the hair of a Vietnamese girl.
Nigerians who watched the video opined that the hair donor did not appear happy to be donating her hair. Other viewers suggested that the hair vendor should be in jail and her actions should be illegal.
However, some supported her and said what she did is the norm in the hair business, and donors grow their hair specifically for the purpose of selling it.
