Presidency Explains why Tinubu was Absent From Lagos Project Inauguration

Senate President Godswill Akpabio represented President Bola Tinubu at the inauguration of three Lagos infrastructure projects: the Ojora-Opebi link bridge, the Lagos Geographic Information Service (LAGIS) building, and the Bola Ahmed Tinubu Administrative Complex.

The presidency explained Tinubu’s absence, with special adviser Sunday Dare saying the president has been “very busy taking constant security briefs” and had to prioritise state matters. Tinubu is currently in Lagos but chose to focus on security briefings instead.
