President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has declared a State of Emergency in Rivers following the crisis rocking the state.
Tinubu in a live broadcast on Tuesday, revealed that the political crisis has taken a terrible turn as the State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, refused to embrace peace and abide by the rule of law.
