Student of Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa cries out as 20 men with guns and cutlass rob hostel

According to the student, the attackers broke through their gate and barbed wire, then proceeded to forcefully open her door.
“I want to make a video concerning what they did to us on the 4th of June around 1 a.m. midnight. People came to our compound, they were more than 20,” she said.
“They came with guns and cutlasses. They broke my door. I was sleeping when they entered inside.”
Despite the presence of security barriers, she said the robbers had no difficulty gaining access.
She recounted that they pointed a gun at her, took her phone, forced her to give them her password and bank PIN, and emptied her account.
“They robbed everybody in the compound. They were shooting guns, I’ve never experienced such thing in my life. I even wee on my body.” she added.
The visibly shaken student called on the school authorities for help and protection, stating that the students no longer feel safe in their hostels.
As the post gained traction online, concerned individuals took to the comment section to sympathize with her and demand immediate action from the school and security agencies.
