As Nigerians prepare to start a ten-day nationwide protest scheduled to begin on August 1, various individuals, groups and politicians have urged Nigerians not to join the protest.
In the video, thugs can be seen on a truck using a microphone to warn traders on Lagos Island not to take part in the protest against President Bola Tinubu’s government.
One male voice in the video said, “Nigerians, you are not the only people hungry. Do not come out on August 1st to protest. Well, if you get the mind to come out, see what will happen to you.”
