‘You cannot kill us’, Lagos Assembly workers scream during clash with DSS officials [VIDEO]

Following the crisis rocking the Lagos State House of Assembly, some staff of the complex have clashed with officials of the Department of State Services (DSS). In a video seen by Politics Nigeria, the DSS officials who had invaded the premises of the Lagos Assembly had made an attempt to take over the complex.

However, the officials dressed in their full regalia were blocked from accessing the complex by workers at the Lagos State Assembly.

While they tried to push through the door of the complex, the staff were heard shouting, “you cannot do this here, this is the House of Assembly.”

They also went on to shout, “You cannot kill us, You cannot kill us.”

The crisis in the Lagos Assembly has continued to brew with rumours of the impeached speaker, Mudashiru Obasa’s possible reinstatement.
