Vice President Kashim Shettima has arrived in Asaba, Delta State, for the official ceremony to welcome Governor Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori, former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, and their supporters to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
At the event, Vice President Shettima is expected to deliver a message of unity and collaboration on behalf of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
This comes after the entire Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) family in Delta State announced last week that they were leaving the party to join the APC.
