BREAKING NEWS: Two Adekunle Ajasin University [AAUA] Students Die in Hotel Pool During Ondo Matriculation Celebration

Two students of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA) have died after drowning in a hotel swimming pool during a matriculation party. The victims, identified as Oludere Opeyemi (22) and Adegbola Blessing (19), were found unconscious in the pool on January 29.

While Opeyemi was initially revived and taken home, he later died. Blessing was pronounced dead at the hospital. The hotel manager and pool manager have been questioned as part of an ongoing police investigation. The bodies have been deposited at a state hospital mortuary for autopsy while authorities determine the exact cause of the incident.
