He further stated that the infrastructure the developer will provide included security, electric fences, solar powered streetlights, insurance policy and facilities management.

On the legal protection of the investors, Umoh stated that after completion of payment, a letter of allocation from the Post Service Housing development Limited and an agreement between the subscribers and PHDL will be provided.

Aside the cost of building, which comprised 32 blocks of 32 shops each and 2 blocks of 24 shops and warehouse 28 bays of 280 square each, other payments will be developmental fees and service charges and the payment could be spread throughout the construction period and subscribers can make payment through various mortgage plans provided.
