1. Ecclesiastes 5:10

Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income. This too is meaningless.

2. Hebrews 13:5

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said,” Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you”.

3. 1 Timothy 6:10

For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

4. Psalm 37:16-17

Better the little that the righteous have than the wealth of many wicked, for the power of the wicked will be broken but the Lord upholds the righteous.

5. Matthew 19:21

Jesus answered, “If you want to be perfect, go sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come,follow me”.
