Recall that 26 states would be holding byelections and replays, as announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

This state includes Yobe, Kebbi, Lagos, Bayelsa, Taraba, Benue, Borno, Kaduna, Plateau, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Cross River, Delta,Ondo, Enugu, Ebonyi, Jigawa, Katsina, Adamawa, Bauchi, Kano, Nasarawa, Niger, Oyo, Sokoto, and Zamfara.

In the video posted by Sahara TV, the election officer confessed to having acquired the pre-filled election results sheets from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) after receiving severe beatings from youths of the state.
