Award-winning singer-songwriter Jordan Davis will be taking the State Fair stage on Tuesday, Aug. 13.
Davis’ songs have been streamed globally 4 billion times. He has achieved six career #1 hits, with the most recent being his two-time platinum track, “Next Thing You Know.” It is the third consecutive #1 from his “Bluebird Days” album.
Davis won Best New Country Artist at the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards and Billboard’s Top New Country Artist in 2018. He was nominated several times for ACM New Male Vocalist.
“We are excited to bring Jordan Davis to the 2024 Illinois State Fair Grandstand,” said Illinois State Fair Manager Rebecca Clark. “His chart-topping hits appeal to a broad range of country music fans, from traditional to contemporary. He’s a crowd favorite.”
Fellow country artists Ashley Cooke and King Calaway will also be joining Davis at the performance.
The announcement comes a week after officials announced that Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit will perform at the fair on Aug. 11. Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit is a Grammy award-winning band with an Americana sound. Country singer Ashley McBryde will be joining them as a special guest. McBride is a member of the Grand Ole Opry and has been awarded by the Country Music Awards, the Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM), and the Grammy awards.
Admission for these events can be found through Ticketmaster. Tickets for Jordan Davis, Ashley Cooke and King Calaway will be on sale beginning Saturday, Feb. 10 at 10 a.m. Tickets for Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit and Ashley McBryde are available now.
