Legal Battle Intensifies as Court Orders 3 DNA Tests for Mohbad’s Son Amid Paternity Case

An Ikorodu High Court has ordered three separate DNA tests to determine the paternity of Liam, the son of late singer Mohbad (Ilerioluwa Aloba). The ruling follows complications that stalled earlier testing efforts, prolonging the dispute between Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, and the singer’s widow, Wunmi.

The court directed that each party select one foreign-based laboratory, with a third chosen by the court, and mandated that all three tissue-based tests produce matching results to ensure credibility. Mohbad’s father stated he is satisfied with the arrangement, while Wunmi has consistently maintained that Liam is the singer’s biological child.
