Soldiers Forced to Trek Deep Into Forest Before Making This Shocking Discovery in Kogi

According To NewsVista Reporter, the operation was carried out by soldiers of the 12 Brigade under Operation IGBO IDANU on Tuesday February 10 2026. The troops advanced from Batijjo Camp toward another known hideout linked to bandits operating in the area.

A military source disclosed that the soldiers faced extremely difficult terrain including thick forests fallen trees and rivers.
