According to Okaba, Fubara is facing challenges from his own commissioners and is virtually serving as a figurehead in his capacity as governor.

In an interview with Arise TV, ”We have done a thorough analysis, the only offense committed by Fubara is that he had decided to ask questions about his authority to do certain things as a governor of the state.
