2027 Presidency: Show Respect to Atiku, Amaechi and el-Rufai, Peter Obi Sends Strong Message to Obidients

Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi has publicly condemned individuals insulting leaders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), stating that such behavior is criminal and does not represent the Obidient movement.

During an engagement at the movement’s secretariat, Obi emphasized respect for coalition figures like Atiku Abubakar, Rotimi Amaechi, and Nasir el-Rufai, whom he described as elder brothers and colleagues.

He clarified that he has never endorsed name-calling or divisive politics, attributing such attacks to outsiders attempting to damage his reputation. Obi urged supporters to focus on pressing national issues such as insecurity, unemployment, and poverty instead of internal conflicts.
