BREAKING NEWS: Abia Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Heads to Appeal Court Over Disqualification of Election Candidates

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP says it is heading to the Appeal Court in Owerri next week to challenge the High Court judgement which it said, tried tried to disqualify Chairmanship and Councilorship candidates in November 2, 2024 local government election in the state.

The Chairman of the PDP in Abia, Abraham Amah, made this known while addressing expanded South East zonal meeting on Friday in Umuahia. Amahalso debunked the rumour making the rounds that the Court had sacked all structures of the party, from ward to state level executive.
