A handwritten letter purportedly sent by Boko Haram, formally known as Jama’atu Ahlis Sunna Lidda’awati wal-Jihad, to the Sarkin Woro (traditional ruler of the Woro community), days before the brutal massacre that claimed over 170 lives, has emerged.
