“I Won’t Stay Silent If Cheated” in ADC by Same People from PDP

Former presidential candidate Peter Obi has said he will speak out again if he experiences the same thing with the African Democratic Congress (ADC), which made him leave the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in 2022.

Obi left the PDP to join the Labour Party after it was clear that he wasn’t going to get the party’s presidential ticket.

Former vice president Atiku Abubakar eventually gott he PDP ticket, with backing from.former.governor of Sokoto State, Aminu Tambuwal.

Both Atiku and Tambuwal are now in the ADC with Obi and are all vying to emerge as the party’s presidential candidate.

Speaking during an Arise TV interview, Obi said, “I left PDP (2022) because people were not playing by the rules, it was transactional, and I could not be part of a transactional primary.”

When reminded thT he’s now in ADC with the same transactional people that made him.run away from the PDP, he said, “I’m in ADC with the same people, but we’re going through the same process. If that process is compromised again, I will speak out.”
