Pantami Finally Speaks on Speculation Surrounding Governorship Ambition

Former Minister of Communications and Digital Development, Isa Pantami, has denied dropping his ambition to govern Gombe State.

This was after one X user, TheoAbuAgada, stated that Gombe State Governor, Inuwa Yahaya, has asked Pantami to drop Guber ambition and support APC consensus candidate during a stakeholders meeting this night at the Gombe State Government House.

He said Pantami according to sources, was not happy with this decision.

Replying the post, Pantami said, “This is not true. Nothing like this happened. The Governor did not ask anyone to drop their ambition. Infact, the Gov. gave me a special recognition by inviting me to be among the speakers at the event.
